CAUSE Kids provides child sponsorships to the Canadian public at a cost of $35/month per sponsored child. These funds cover education costs (school supplies, uniforms, primary education development workers), nutrition costs (school food program), health costs (school nurse, first aid supplies, immunizations, and community health awareness programs), and sustainable livelihood programs (microfinance funding, agricultural development, potable water projects) for the families and communities of sponsored children.

Upon enrolling in CAUSE Kids, a sponsor receives a photograph and biography of the sponsored child assigned to them, information on Sierra Leone and the child's community, and a sponsorship handbook (tips, guidelines, and
other useful information). Of course, the sponsor has the opportunity to communicate with the sponsored child and will receive regular updates and communication.
